Super easy

I love ranch dressing, not just for salads, but also a dip for veggies or chips. Store bought and/or processed Ranch dip mix or ranch dressing is pretty high in sodium so even though we could use a little and get away with it. I like to have dip or dressing that tastes great, has very low sodium, is easy to make and I don't have to worry about eating during a game or movie. This is definitely it. Tons of flavor. This recipe can be used as a dry dip mix or turned into a creamy salad dress, both are described in the direction. Serve at a party and see if your guest can tell they are eating LoSo.

1/2 Cup Dry Buttermilk
2 Tablespoons Dried Parsely
1 Tablespoons Dried Chives
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
1 Teaspoons Dried Dill
1 Teaspoons Your favorite Sailt Substitute
1 Teaspoons Black Pepper

Low Sodium Ranch Seasoning Mix Directions

    1. In a jar add and mix the following: buttermilk, parsley, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, pepper and cayenne pepper, shake until well combined about 30 secs -1 minute.
    2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
  1. To Make as a dip (Serves 4)
  2.       Add 4 tablespoons sour cream,
                 4 tablespoons Lower Sodium Mayo.*
                 2 tablespoon of the mix  into a bowl and mix with a spoon.
                 You can adjust amount to suit your taste.

    To Make a Dressing (Serves 2)
  3.       Add 1/4 cup milk
                 1/4 cup Lower sodium mayo.*
                 1/2 tablespoon of dry mix to a bowl and mix until blended.
                You can adjust amount to suit your taste.
  4. Note*My Lower Sodium Mayo I found at Giant, it is their brand it is 65mg for 2 tablespoons. You can find it on line as well.
